Join our recent Teacher Training grads for a by-donation Vinyasa class! This class is open to all-levels. Vinyasa draws on Hatha practice, incorporating meditation with breath and movement. Vinyasa is a moving meditation, flowing through poses with your breath. Poses help build strength, stamina, balance, and flexibility to create space within the body and calm the mind.
