In this class we help prepare the mind, body & soul for the pregnancy journey, birth & beyond. Taking time for and to connect to yourself helps during pre-conception, so we encourage those on this path to also join.
This class incorporates Yin* to soothe your tired body, the crystal bowl for balance and deep relaxation, and Khalsa Way Prenatal Kundalini** exercises to build fortitude and endurance for the mind and body. This class is open to all levels, including those who have never participated in yoga. This is a beautiful combination, and as a pregnant mama myself, exactly what I need <3
*Yin involves holding gentle poses while focusing on the breath, allow the body to release as it needs to. This allows for a total reset, especially with the crystal bowl.
**Khalsa Way Prenatal Kundalini works with breath, sound & movement to strengthen our nervous & muscular systems. Kundalini offers a powerful way to connect to the self, your little one, and to find inner peace and strength.
