Katie has practiced yoga and meditation since she was a child, with formal training in Kids Yoga, Kundalini Pre-natal & Vinyasa (Flow)/Hatha. Privates or semi-private classes are customized around your specific health needs and goals, including chronic health concerns, such as; asthma, arthritis, osteo-porosis, and low-back pain. Katie takes incredible joy in being able to help her clients achieve their wellness goals, particularly helping to bring the mind, body, and soul into greater alignment.
