Capilano School: Yoga + Mindfulness for K-Gr 2
Join us for our after-school Spring Series of Yoga + Mindfulness for Kindergarten - Gr 2 students. During these sessions children through mindfulness and movement exercises to explore and support physical and emotional well-being. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn skills to improve focus, calm the nervous system, gain greater confidence and self-awareness.
8 sessions: Mondays April 9th - June 11th from 315-400pm
*No session May 7th & 21st (holidays)
