Capilano School: Yoga + Mindfulness for Grades 3-7
Join us for after-school Yoga + Mindfulness for Grades 3-7 students. During these sessions children through mindfulness and movement exercises to explore and support physical and emotional well-being. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn skills to improve focus, calm the nervous system, gain greater confidence and self-awareness.
10 sessions: Tuesdays Apr 17th to June 19th from 330-415pm in the Music Room
