Join Alana for an all levels class, focusing on synchronizing breath with playful movement to bring out the inner child! We inhale to find length and create space in the body, and exhale to go deeper, moving into that space. This is a cardiovascular practice, so get ready to move. We incorporate some longer holds within the sequence to work our endurance and increase flexibility.
