Kids Yoga Series: Winter 2018
In these innovative classes, children will learn to apply Mindfulness techniques, Sensory Exploration, and Social-Emotional Learning activities in order to increase Self Esteem, create Positive Body Image, and increase their Resilience and ability to Self Regulate during times of stress and change.
Using Pranayama (breathing), Neuroscience (mind-body connection), and Hatha Yoga poses to help children find their own sense of inner strength and peace. By bringing a playful and inclusive energy into her classes, learning is fun and engaging. We will play games, listen to music, dance, create art, forage in nature, and journal our way through these all important life skills together.
