This class combines meditation, pranayama (breathwork), Kundalini as taught by Yogi Bhajan, and is appropriate for Prenatal. Our Kundalini class is open to beginners, and taught in a gentle yet invigorating way to support you where you are. Kundalini offers a powerful way to connect to the self, to find inner peace and strength.
Prenatal adaptations will be based on Khalsa Way Prenatal Kundalini, ensuring class is safe for mom and baby. Kundalini can also be adapted for those who have injuries.
