Pilates: Spring Series
Pilates is a core based strength practice done on a fitness mat using the body’s weight to lengthen and strengthen the body. This class is a great way to work the breath, gain body awareness, and enhance your postural alignment. You will learn how to connect to the pelvic floor, fire your transversus abdominal muscles, and exercise larger muscle groups while maintaining a neutral spine. Excellent for rehabilitation, postpartum women, and overall mindful strength building.
