Prenatal & Pre-Conception Kundalini & Yin : Fall Series
Join Shideh and Katie for a Kundalini & Yin Prenatal Yoga Fusion!
In this class we help prepare the mind, body & soul for the pregnancy journey, birth & beyond. Taking time for and to connect to yourself helps during pre-conception to prepare you holistically, so we encourage those on this path to also join. We incorporate Yin to soothe your tired body, the crystal bowl for balance and deep relaxation, and Khalsa Prenatal Kundalini exercises to build fortitude and endurance for the mind and body. This class is open to all levels, including those who have never participated in yoga. This is a beautiful combination - and as a pregnant mama myself - exactly what I want and need <3
Yin involves holding gentle poses while focusing on the breath, allow the body to release as it needs to. This allows for a total reset, especially with the crystal bowl.
Kundalini works with breath, sound & movement to strengthen our nervous & muscular systems. Kundalini offers a powerful way to connect to the self, your little one, and to find inner peace and strength.

**If you are due during the series, we will honour the balance of your classes - you will be able to take any of our other Studio 202 Adult classes when you are ready. We recommend 40 days after birth.
