Fundamentals of Shamanic Practice: April - May
Interested in learning about and practicing an ancient art form that can improve your sense of peace, bring harmony and greater clarity to your life?
This introductory 4-part series introduces participants to foundational shamanic principles and practice. It will consist of working with the 4 elements and directions, totem animals and their qualities, smudging and its benefits, the construction and honoring of a personal altar, shamanic drumming and journeying, and the importance of ceremony and ritual. Each session will conclude with a piece of personal shamanic healing within the embrace of community.
The 4 sessions run on alternate Wednesdays-April 4th, April 18th, May 2nd, May 16th from 7-9pm
Please bring a drum or a rattle if you can, and an object to place on the altar.
