Yoga for Bike & Ski: Winter Series
This class is designed specifically to target releasing muscles specific to biking, helping strengthen the core, work on the breath (helps with focus & to calm), and strengthen the upper body for greater balance. For those of us that like to keep moving, slowing down to stretch can be a challenge... this class is to help build that much needed time into your schedule to help prevent injury for life-long enjoyment of being active! New yogis welcome - Yin (Thursdays) is also a great beginner class to get a deep stretch.
Mondays 630-730pm (10 Classes: Jan 8 - Mar 12)
