Understanding Your Pelvic Floor: Feb 24

In this workshop we take a closer look at how our pelvic floor functions within our bodies. We will explore how to create and restore a balanced synergetic relationship between all our parts in relation to our pelvic floor. Using pilates and mobility exercises to create more connection and correct alignment, we will help you do the things you love with ease. This class is ideal if you have injured your pelvic floor after childbirth, have lower back pain or just want to find more connection to your body. In addition to our yoga and pilates exercises, we will work with Functional Range Conditioning mobility exercises to help give our joints more strength and stability for our daily lives.
Bio: Trained in Yoga, Pilates and FRC (Functional Range Conditioning), Chiara has a deep yearning to help others find more mindfulness and body awareness in all ways of moving. Finding a deeper connection to her own pelvic floor and its function in the body has been an ongoing theme that Chiara loves to continue work with and delve into. Her goal is to help people have less pain, feel stronger, be more stable and mobile in their bodies so that they can lead happier and healthier lives. Her own search for strength, stability and peace in her own mind and body has led her down this path of helping others to find this in themselves. Her understanding of the importance of human connection and connection to self makes her classes a fun environment to explore that deeper connection.
